Wally West is the delinquent son of Rudy West. Rudy ran off when Wally was a baby, and his mother went missing when the Crime Syndicate tore through Central City. His aunt Iris West took him in, but couldn't keep him out of trouble. Wally has been influenced by Barry Allen and, since gaining his Speed Force powers from a version of himself from the future, has begun to use them to perform good deeds.
