Haemo-Physiology: After experimenting on his blood with other blood types, Rosso developed the ability to transform his flesh into a blood-like physiology. In this form, he is capable of the following power stunts:

-Plasma Reconstruction: Am Strength tendrils, it can stick to In strength material. It can be used to entangle or transportation
-Infection: Mr. Rosso's blood can reform into veins and arteries which spread out and encoil around vast urban areas. The higher his blood pressure, the faster and/or farther their reach gets. Bloodwork's Fighting and Strength will, when his blood pressure gets raised, increase by +1cs to a maximum of Un. The tendrils and veins will increase its distance as well.
