Known Powers:
Protoplasmic Physiology: when the Chief regrew her he did so using protoplasm to eliminate 'weaknesses' such as bones and internal organs and therefore Rita is no longer human. When she sleeps Rita loses her human shape and reverts to a puddle of goo, having to reshape herself when she wakes up every morning. Her very body gives her the following abilities:
-Shrinking: Rm ability to shrink. Her minimum height is about one-half inch, at which she weighs just over one pound.
-Growth: In ability to enlarge her body by means of atomic gain. This means that at her maximum height of 50' she weighs approximately 1 ton, with corresponding increases to her Strength and Endurance. Note that physical attacks do less relative damage at her expanded size, and that if she returns normal size her wounds will shrink with her; however, bullets or other embedded objects will not.
-Elongation: Elasti-Woman could stretch any part of her body with Gd ability, which means up to 10 yards per limb.

Limitations:
Must always smile: In order to constantly keep her shape, Elasti-Woman must always have a smile on her face. Should she stop smiling, she will begin to turn in a protoplasmic blob.
