Star-Band: Un material, able to channel the energies of the stars. An unfortunate side effect of the Star-Band was the mental deterioration which grew when ever he wore it. Has the following power stunts:
-Electromagnetic Force Manipulation: The Star-Band has extensive energy manipulation powers able to effect the entire spectrum including Gravity, Radiation, Heat, Light at Mn ability. Evil Star can only create 1 effect per round, but can maintain up to 3 existing effects by making a successful psyche FEAT roll. Powers stunts include:
--Solar Blasts: Mn Energy, 7 areas
--Force Field: Mn rank
--The creation of objects of solid energy, Gm decides which creations are within the power of the ring and assigns a power intensity FEAT: Simple weapons, entrapments devices, common geometric shapes, gigantic hands and simple containers are all powers stunts and are usually Am rank. A Red Psyche FEAT. is required for extreme measures (i.e. Containing an exploding Sun within an Energy Barrier).
-Flight: Ex airspeed in Earth's atmosphere, CL1000 in space (The Star-Band also provides CL1000 life support in space as well)
-Energy Sheath: Rm protection vs. attacks. It allows Evil Star to not suffer from the ill effects of space or radiation.

Limitation:
Reliant on Star-Band: Evil Star relies on the Star-Band to keep him youthful. Stats change as shown above. He becomes so frail that he cannot move himself

Robotic Physiology: Starlings are miniature versions of Evil Star that have the following abilities:
-Invulnerability: Un protection vs. Physical and Energy
-Immune to Radiation, Toxins, Corrosives, Cold, Heat and Gasses: Un
-Self-Sustenance: No need to eat, breathe or drink and he is unaffected by disease.
-Energy Absorption: Un ability to drain out all the energy of a Green Lantern Power Ring in seconds

Limitations:
Dependence: Starlings need direct commands from Evil Star to function, and they become directionless if he is unconscious.
