Hyper Speed: Jog has Mn land speed, but only in short bursts. His power uses a lot of energy has to conserve it. He has exhibited the following:
-Extra attacks with Mn ability or multiple attacks that inflict up to Unearthly damage, ignoring body armor (only one to hit roll is made).
-Catch arrows
-Water running (3,000 feet with a 100-foot approach)
-Wall Running (1,000 feet with a 500-foot approach)
-Considered Mn rank for Fighting for multiple attacks and evading.
-Considered Mn rank for Agility for dodging and catching projectiles.
-Considered Mn rank for Intuition for initiative.
He may perceive any object's momentum as though it were 14cs slower than it's actual movement speed. (ex. Arrows and bullet sized objects appear moving at 5 mph)
-When attempting to hit Jog, the attacker must have initiative or succeed in an Mn Intuition FEAT, otherwise he will have moved out of the way. This FEAT is not required if the attacker also has Hyper-speed powers.
