Cybernetic Enhancements: Captain Cold was one of the many villains who accepted Lex Luthor's offer of more power. Luthor provided Snart the technology necessary to enhance himself. They grant him the following:
-Immune to Cold: Un
-Ice Generation: Un ability to generate ice and cold. He is able to perform the following power stunts:
--Ice Missiles: Un Edge, 5 areas
--Entrap others in ice of Un strength up to 2 areas away
--Create columns, walls, and other shapes of Mn material rank
--Ice Weapons: Un material, when using an ice weapon in Edge or Blunt, King Cold receives +1cs. Such shapes lasts for 5-25 rounds. Snart is capable of surrounding his fists with ice, which enhances his Strength to Am, health does not change
--Create ice ramps that allow him to "skate" at Mn land speed. These ramps if properly supported can rise up 2 floors per round.
-Thermokinesis: Un ability to lower the temperature to dangerous levels in the atmosphere. It allows him to perform the following power stunts:
--Weather Manipulation: Un control over temperatures allowed him to create a massive snow storm across Central City.
--Project waves of cold with Un intensity and range and reduces the Opponent's FEATs by -5cs if the intensity is higher than Endurance, -2cs otherwise. This cold can be used to offset heat damage.
