Nigh-Omnipotence: Perpetua is a godlike being of extreme power with CL5000 ability, capable of destroying and corrupting entire universes on a slightly weaker state. Even while asleep, planets form around her fingers and galaxies were born and die around her. She wields the Seven Hidden Forces Of Creation which allowed her to create the entire Multiverse and command it as well, including:
-Still Force: The Still Force is based around entropy and inertia and the counter-energy to the Speed Force which gives the multiverse motion. It can negate motion, decelerating or even halting the conduit's aging, or create physical constructs.
-Invisible Spectrum: The Invisible Spectrum feeds on buried primal emotions. The Invisible Spectrum is the counter-energy to the Emotional Spectrum which gives the Multiverse feelings.
-Tear of Extinction: The Tear of Extinction brings death to all living beings and immortals. It is driven toward isolation and solipsism and is tied to the Death Force. The Tear of Extinction is the counter-energy to the Life Force which connects every living being down to their souls.
-Void Wind: The twin force of the Tear of Extinction capable of snuffing out both magic and Gods, it can also subdue them as seen with Cheetah controlling the god Poseidon. The Void Wind is the counter-energy to the Sphere of the Gods which gives the Multiverse magic.
-Black Apple: The Black Apple is based around forbidden knowledge and is counter-energy to the Collective Unconscious which gives others knowledge and wisdom and is the power source for the telepaths.
-Sixth Note: The Sixth Note is a power beyond imagination itself. The counter-energy to the Dimensional Superstructure which governs all things imaginable and unimaginable and gives to those set to monitor creation like Alpheus, Mobius and Mar Novu their powers.
--Faithlessness: The seventh Force, it is tied to the nature of Faith and appears to be associated with the concept of "Doom".
Reality Alteration: CL5000 control over the Multiverse allow her to replace the harmonious forces with the darker ones as governing energies of creation. When she is in control, Perpetua can make the resurrection of her children in the Sixth Dimension impossible
Bio-Fusion: CL1000 ability to merge species together as she did when she merged the Humans and the Martians.
Molecular Reconstruction: CL1000 ability to rearrange matter as she wishes
Energy Construct Creation: CL1000 ability to create almost anything she wants from physical objects, to portals and even life forms as displayed when she created her children from the Overvoid
Energy Projection: CL1000 ability to shape the energies of creation in its totality, whether it be those of the Multiverse, Dark Multiverse and Antimatter Universe. She can gather enough energy to end an entire universe, eradicating it from existence completely, but this taxes her powers
Disintegration: CL1000 ability to vaporize others with a mere thought. She displayed this power when she vaporized Johnny Quick after his disagreement to join her
Cosmic Awareness: CL5000, possesses vast knowledge about the different realities and dimensions that make up existence and its mechanisms of healing.
Clairvoyance: CL5000 ability to sense various events throughout the Multiverse and even through its highest dimension. Furthermore, she can peer into the Fourth Dimension to see the future
Mechanokinesis: CL1000 ability to manipulate technology to some degree. She was able to turn off the ship of the Justice League with a thought
Size Alteration: CL1000 ability to alter her physical size. There's currently no known limit on how much she can grow. She has shown herself capable of growing from normal heights to the size of several planets. In the Sixth Dimension however, she held the Multiverse in her hands.
Telepathy: CL1000, Perpetua is an incredibly strong telepath capable of overwhelming the combined psychic abilities of M'gann M'orzz and Shayne J'onzz with ease. J'onn J'onzz was only able to communicate with Earth-0 people because she allowed the connection.
Power Distribution: CL1000 ability to bestow The Seven Forces of the Universe to others and gave Mobius the Anti-Life Equation.
Immortality: Perpetua is even older than the Multiverse, as she was the one who created its first iteration. This makes her much older than 20 billion years.
Resurrection: Like her children, each time Perpetua is miraculously killed, she just re-forms in the Sixth Dimension
Teleportation: CL1000 ability to make herself and others appear anywhere in the entire Multiverse with no issues, such as transport herself from the Promethean Galaxy, which lies at the end of the universe of Earth-0 to Earth-19

Power Loss: Despite her enormous powers, Perpetua needs the psychic energy of the Multiverse tipping in her favor to restore her strength and the harmonious energies or those of the Dark Multiverse are a threat to her, preventing her from restoring her powers.
