The Wildcats sent Grifter to infiltrate Leviathan, who had mistaken him for the last Grifter, his brother Max Cash. While in Gotham he recruited Nora Fries and faked her murder. While working for Leviathan he infiltrated Wayne Enterprises and became one of Lucius Fox's bodyguards, after foiling an assassination attempt on Fox's life he started to aquire intel that he passed to Ladytron.
Knowing that Batman could be a thorn in their side they hired Deathstroke to gain his attention and hoped to trap him, unluckily for them instead of the Dark Knight Superman showed up and almost captured him before Void teleported him away. Despite some setbacks he did manage to obtain all of Batman files from Wayne Enterprises, at that point the rest of the team showed un and eliminated the Leviathan strike team that had come for the data and Lucius' life.
